What Is It?

I know the one is a Kirstem L, but the other, top one, has no name or markings. Both are good smoking, easy to hold while woodworking. Any help is appreciated.

I own 2 very similar to that pipe save the front cap being black plastic instead of metal. The first is a Filto and the second is by Weaver the scope company.

The bottom one is marked Kirstem L.

The top one, was this a "get around the patent" copy?

Could be but it may have been put together from parts after one of those companies stopped production this happened with other items back then as well.
