We've had a good run, going through probably 45 of these over the past year.

4 X 46, I've come to really like cigars in this size range.

I went pretty deep due to Smokingpipes having them on sale plus another 20% brought them down to $3 and change. I wouldn't hesitate to make that buy again

But for now, this is my last one. Onward

To Fuente Friday...

Today's cigar lounge "admission fee", before I start polluting the air with pipe smoke. This silly lookin' thing. Which is supposedly a Davidus exclusive.

Now, this is my second Rocky Patel and I've quite liked them both. Maybe it's just a diabolical subconscious influence from watching old Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoons on VHS when I was a lad. Or maybe I've found "my brand".

Little G for the ride back

I need to start buying more small cigars. I've been back on the cigarettes (RYO) largely because of time and budget constraints, but I can already feel the damage to my lungs. There are so many wonderful little cigars and petit coronas, like the Oliva you're smoking, the LFD Carajos, Illusione 68s, Rafael Gonzalez Perlas, Liga Papas Fritas (they have an H99 version now!), etc. The Cubans really excel with small cigars, but they don't help with the price issues.

Earlier I smoked Trinidad Espiritu Series No 3
What did you think of it? I had it in the lancero size and I aside from my natural dislike of box-pressed skinnies, I just thought the wrapper was especially dominant in the flavor, and it wasn't for me. I liked the Espiritu No. 1 a lot more, so I'm wondering if I should give the No. 3 another try in a thicker format.

There sure are some good littles out there!

Cigs are tough, I know it- smoked 'em for 25 years...

Today, met my buddy who quit cigs but still uses other nicotine products. He's been stopping by when he can on Saturday mornings, and is showing some interest in cigars. His only request- strong.

So today I fed us LFD Double Ligero Maduro 452s

Quite possibly the longest burning 4" cigar out there??

Later, smoked my last mini G on the way to WI

And my last Carillo Stella on the way home
