A quarter of the way through this bowl of Wilke No. 24 in a smooth straight brown 1949 Yello-Bole Century Model Lovat with a nickel band accent on the black vulcanite saddle stem. Just fed all the cats, and am going back to work.
A third of the way through this bowl of Wilke No. 222 in a late 40s, early 50s straight black sandblasted Wagner (Comoy’s second) pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Working and listening to Fred Allen sparing with Jack Benny.
Last smoke of the day is Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a smooth straight brown circa WW2 Trapwell mountain laurel patent apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem.
Just broke open a jar of Gawith Hoggarth Dark Flake scented and am currently enjoying in a BriarWorks prince. Wonderful aromatic tobacco for this time of the year, with the added strength that I love with my morning cuppa!
