Because I have no recipeI am looking for your recommendation on a ratio of Ryback/perique for your Ryback+P (TM @Sobrbiker). Sounds like a good mix. I searched but couldn’t find your recipe.
I have granulated and ribbon cut perique. Which cut would you recommend?

I haven’t done any home mixing with perique so looking for a starting point. I bought some C&D ribbon and granulated during a SP 20% off sale that I haven’t tried yet. I may use the granulated, it’s not overly fine. I will mix up a 4oz jar tomorrow and let it sit for a few days. Anxious to try it. Thanks.Because I have no recipe
It probably winds up about 25% Sutliff TS20.
The TS20 Perique is chunky, leafy “ribbon”, which I chop up pretty small. I fluff out a bunch of the Ryback shag in the bottom of a bowl, and sprinkle the chopped perique evenly across it, and “fold” (as in in folding an ingredient into a whipped foodstuff, not as in laundry) in alternating directions to disperse it in the shag.
I do enough to squish into an 8oz jar at a time.
