Wrapped up ranch work today with Three Nuns in a Foyard Rhodesian. 7/10

Bird report: California towhee, House finch, California quail, California scrub-jay, American crow, Steller's jay, Red-tailed hawk, Mourning dove, Oak titmouse, Mountain chickadee, Western bluebird, and Spotted towhee.

Harvested the crop of Swiss chard we planted way the hell too early, but still looks robust anyway. Will be a side in tonight's dinner...fingers crossed!

A third of a bowl left of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Molly Danger came to the den on her own, which is finally happening more frequently. When the ferals see her, they want to go outside, which makes Molly very happy. Daisy the Feral Princess and Harry the Hairy came in, ate, and left quickly.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Due to the amount of smoking I've done, the gloss on this pipe is long gone, and the grain is more noticeable. The same is true on the 4AB Natural and the Terracotta. I like it that way. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' by my feet with her belly in the air.
