Im having an afternoon beer with som HU JU-52 diluted with some Louisana Broken Flake. HU aromatics are not goopy blends but this one was a little strong. Its a nice change up when diluted. Fruity but in a different way than perique (but there is perique in it. Its in a Neerup brandy.

Too much noise and humidity woke me up, and I've passed the quarter mark of this bowl of KBV Mr. Christian's Haunted Virginia 2022 in a straight, black sandblasted 1970s Comoy’s Mark-2 G * 6 (4) bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem. It's going to be another rainy day.

Have you ever wondered what happens to pipe if it goes through the washing machine? I think this one might have shrunk a little. Seriously I have a group of smaller 'cutty' pipes again from the very late 19th century through to the teens of the 20th century. Why they were made I have no idea. Today I thought I would have a few bowls of Cannon Plug in this fellow before moving on to my regular rotation. Enjoy your morning everyone.
