Heine's Blend in the very first pipe I ever bought ($2.49) in 1974; a smooth three quarter bend Dr. Grabow Omega with a black vulcanite stem.

Just an experimental blend I've concocted and am smoking w/o proper honeymoon.

I'm using a no name straight apple meer and tasting some McClelland's blending perique & lat mixed with some C&D Va Flake, Cavendish and Dark Burley, some C&D Izmir, a little bit of C&D lat.

I don't know what genre this would be slotted for....English? Balkan? Goulash?

The addition of the McClelland's Lat and Perique to my blending supplies looks to be a good decision, as each of these new to me components add flavor, roundness, and smooth out the edges of the Burleys and VA.
