Congratulations! Great to see a guy out there doing something he loves well in his retirement (?) years, and doing it to a high standard. Bravo! I played a bit of golf too, but gave it up when I realized I didn't need another obsession, especially when my violin teacher at university put the situation to me in an entirely different manner.7 straight days playing golf in Biloxi. I won our little group tournament today by a substantial margin! Trophy and $500. Smoking a bowl of Sir John’s Flake Virginia in an Altinok on the trip home.

Interesting post. I'm finding increasingly each pipe must be treated differently, and your comments reinforced this point to me very well. Thanks!Potted up a few dozen experimental new potato plant varieties in the greenhouse, then lit a bowl of MacBaren's Old Dark Fired in the Jambo African Meerschaum Zulu. 9/10. Has the widest shank and airway I ever saw. Makes cake or shag taste like fresh air, but really nice for a moist flake just folded and stuffed in straight out of the tin.
