The workhorse today was the Ropp J07. Started out by finally killing the lackluster ‘18CRF, then had Ryback+P the rest of the day, interspersed with a bowl of 3P’s.
The chicken run is done, finally.

Now just hanging out on the patio, at a perfect 72*. Mama’s doing some online training for work, and I’m working on some GLP Fillmore in a Martin Cermak.

The neighbor’s cat has been patiently sitting on the same ground squirrel hole out front for the past three days, all day.

Love the name of your chicken hut! Sure looks like a nice one.

Now smoking year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Watching the first of a two part Matlock story guest starring some fella named William Conrad.

Some Horizons in the Baby Wellington I got at Mueltown yesterday. This is for sure my new coffee break pipe!View attachment 378674
That is an AWESOME shot, with the size contrast! TONS of tiny pipes at Muletown, and nearly bought one myself. To be clear, I’m NOT saying you favor a rhinoceros, but I have this canvas copy hanging on my wall, and I couldn’t help but think of it:

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2012 St. James Flake in a straight 1968 Dunhill Tanshell octagonal paneled EK F/T billiard with a square shank and tapered black vulcanite stem. Earlier, I cleaned pipe that I smoked, and am now cleaning estate pipes. Two of these will take a bit of work, but I'll get it done sometime.

MM American Patriot (an English blend; oh, the irony) in one of my new Muletown pipes, a Ron Smith/Ranz Pipes straight morta, with Cumberland stem. It’s such an extreme forward-leaning pipe, it’s only the second pipe I’ve ever given a name to. This one is now Antsy. It’s MORE than just a Devil Anse. And it’s a great smoker. Excellent draw, and not one bit of tobacco fell out of a full bowl.
