@Carol I used to worry about the pipe going out; I'm not puffing like a steam train now! When I go to the Jamestown re-enactment I'd like to see how long I can make a clay pipe of baccy last...
I understand. Frankly I'm still learning to keep my pipes lit lol! It!s a steep learning curve for me, partly because I only smoke one pipe a day, usually. Didn't intend to criticize you in anyway. Hope it didn't sound like I was. You have far more experience in this fine hobby than I do. I'm sure enjoying learning, and reading everyone's input. Happy puffing sir!

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2015 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.
