I'm smoking some original release 8 State Burley in a Briarworks bent apple. I didn't particularly care for it when it first came out, but I came across my jar of it the other day and decided to give it another shot. I'm really enjoying it this time around, and I think smoking it very slowly is making all the difference.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, snapper and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm just finishing this bowl of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Watching the Braves-Brewers game. It's too humid for coffee tonight, so ice water and bergs is my drink.

Half-flake of OGS in a Foyard rhodesian as I finish up some ranch chores. It fits just as snug as this weekend's single DNR coin did. 9/10

Bird report: California scrub-jay, California towhee, House finch, Oak titmouse, White-breasted nuthatch, Mountain chickadee, Hairy woodpecker, Common raven, Red-tailed hawk, Western bluebird, and Vaux's swift.
