Country Squire PS Blend (mild latakia) in the Vauen Olaf bent egg tonight; this afternoon some country squire second breakfast in the MM Mark Twain. Tonight there was a young Praying Mantis on the kitchen window screen ! I haven't seen one here at home in probably 20+ years. (I believe they are a sign of good luck in chinese culture (???)). Although I usually see one or two every summer at the office. Also the baby grasshoppers have left the nest and are exploring.
Now smoking year 1923 Velvet in a smooth brown medium bend early 1900s C.P.F. The Chesterfield (Peterson copy) French briar military mount billiard with a nickel cap and black vulcanite AB p-lip stem.
Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking D&R Windsail in a smooth straight dark brown family era “Canadian” by Sasieni with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Gold Star Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy, neat, is my drink. Off to work as I listen to the Dodgers-Nats game on the XM.

Smoking Orlik Racing Green in this Lorenzo V.I.P. This pipe was gifted to from our antipodean friend @chopper. It's a hell of a good smoker, and maybe my best looking pipe.
Now smoking year 2013 Sam Gawith Squadron Leader in a straight post-1981 GBD Prehistoric 133 billiard with brass accents, the letter K stamped on the shank with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
