Some yellow Capstan today in a GL (George Leousis) pipe which was the Greek Pipe Club's annual pipe for 2018.

After, I will visit the fruit market for the coming week's supplies and drink coffee with 2 friends, one after the other.

In order to meet them I made a Covid self test this morning (probably they will do the same). This is not exactly "normal"... Times we are living in...

Smoking some Cimette Toscani, these are Toscano cigar clippings, bone dust dry, thought they would make me turn green, they didn’t. It is a VERY strong, but also very tasty smoke.

Fed two ferals in the icy cold, but we have little shelters to help keep them warm. I'm closing in on the half way mark on this bowl of Watch City Simply VOriental in a straight smooth medium brown 1930s Wilshire 5 bulldog (Comoy’s second) made for John’s Pipe Shop in Los Angeles with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Reading while this smoke lasts.

I like Toscano cigars, especially the short version, the Toscanellos.
But I didn't know about this product. I guess all these pieces come from the same type of Toscanos (because there are many types & flavours).
And when you say strong... Like rope or twist for example?

I took my dog for a walk and realized that I had forgotten my lighter in another jacket.
It sucks because I’m not enjoying our 1 hour walk as usual. This reminds me I have to buy some extra lighters to leave in my jackets.
I decided to spend the time taking pics of my dog while he’s studying some birds.

First smoke with both. I have tried a vanilla aromatic before which was disappointing, but this one is really nice, I understand why people recommend it! The Carolina Gent is expensive for a cob (or at least here, 30 euros), but I don't like the normal plastic stems, this stem is great.

It was a straight Apple, but I had the tapered stem bent slightly ?

So I requested the stem be bent slightly
