Did a little snacking, and am now smoking Watch City 4Q in a 1979 no name French briar smooth full bend egg with a black vulcanite tapered stem.
At our CPCC meeting last night, I had a big bowl of my own "Dino's Mixture" (two parts FVF, one part University Flake, some 50 year old Latakia and Mahalla, and a pinch of Samovar), in a Steve Weiner, large, rusticated, bent ball pipe.
Enjoying some McClelland Tawny Flake in a Savinelli 413 ks bent Dublin with vulcanite stem. The toasted sweetness of this Virginia blend initially didn’t impress me as so many of the McClelland blends did. However, time has been good to this 15 yr old blend ...pairing it with a strong cup of
