Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2015 Mac Baren Virginia #1 in a three quarter bend smooth dark brown Made in Ireland (1938-1948) pre-Republic Peterson 367 with a 3 in a circle Shamrock apple military mount with a black vulcanite flared p-lip saddle stem.

Currently, I am smoking first production Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 67/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

as I reflect on feeling old in learning that today marks 30 years since the OKC bombing, which seems like not that long ago. Ah, the passing time...
I could’ve gone all day not being reminded of significance of today’s date, that was the anniversary date of me and my second ex (should’ve been a clue 28yrs ago, and I should’ve ran😆).

No pics but I just had some Match Victorian ina Kaywoodie Thorn 7409B while on a call back to work to clean up an accident scene.

Enjoyed a tasty Snap Dragon apple, and am smoking Rivertown Tobacco Works Sunrise Select in a straight smooth brown 1950s-mid ‘60s (GBD) Rozier San Francisco 9240 squat bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Sleepy Suzy is still by my side. Have a couple of things to read before I start on baseball box scores.

Now smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 1984 medium bend black grain etched Savinelli Non Pareil 9310 pokerish dublin with a horn ferrule and a black vulcanite flared stem. I'll probably end the day with this smoke. Harry the Hairy was yowling at something outside about twenty minutes ago. I thought it might be Abner the Eager, but when I went outside, I only saw Harry, who quickly ran to me. I let him inside to eat, and he wanted out after he did.

This is the coolest looking pipe I've seen on here yet. I really like this one. I can't look away, I've been sitting here at least 5 mins starring at it, trying to think what my thoughts are on it. Just a beautiful looking pipe.
When I came across it in the mid-1970s, it was so different to the carved sultan heads that was the norm of Turkish meers

I enjoy my African meers - not as pretty as the Turkish ones, but them seem to be more robust
