From morning …
1. Coffee - I forgot the specific blend, as I am not very selective about my coffee but one of the premium beans from Costco. The brand is Mayorga.
2. Lots of water ? throughout the day
3. A large mug of Ging First Flush Darjeeling tea in the afternoon
4. Aberlour A’Bunadh- An exceptional scotch
5. Balvenie 12 yo Doublewood - Like bread and butter of the scotch world
6. Glenmorangie The Quinta Ruban 14 yo Port Cask Finish - Yet another fantastic scotch
8. Laphroaig 10yo- A budget Islay which punches above its class.
I have a full day tomorrow early morning, and should not have drunk 4 alcoholic beverages, but it’s New Year’s Eve ?

Whiskey sour. Instead of simple syrup, some of my dad's 2021 maple syrup. Makes it a bit darker but oh so tasty.
