My wife is the chef, and she made some pork tenderloin, though I provide the pounding it out to tenderize it and thin it. Then she made some terrific light peach fritters, and I said I'd eat three, and we finished them off.

I need to remember to take pics... I made Bahn Mi's last night for a friends retirement. They vanished pretty quickly!

Getting ready to season up a whole chicken and will be roasting it up with some carrots as well as making up fresh green beans. I make this meal just about once a week. The chicken roasts in almost exactly the same time it takes me to smoke a medium sized bowl

Younger son's latest creation. Cinnamon bun! From scratch.

My older son's first batch of biscuits. He didn't bother making it round. Used ton of butter instead of lard. Came out super moist, airy and soft. Would go well with sausage gravy or country ham. I don't like baking, but it seems both boys are really into it.
