WDC Duplex - Any help?

Hey everyone, I made another estate eBay purchase. I knew I needed this pipe from the moment that I saw it. I probably overpaid for it but I like it and I don't like reneging on a max bid. All I know is that it was made by WDC and is a "Duplex." I can't find anymore information on it. Has anyone seen anything similar to this or know when it was made?

Do you have the pipe in hand?
Forums member xrundog knows more about these than I do, but I would guess the pipe was made c. 1910 or so.

Mine is nearly identical to the Cromwell in the thread.
I do have the pipe in hand. It's in good condition but just needs some minor cleaning. I'm honestly not sure if it has ever been smoked!
