Morning from chilly South Texas!
I just found recently this pipe and was wondering could someone tell me if its collectable and how old. Really dig the design and feel. Thanks everyone and have a great week

I had an L.L. Bean pipe, smooth, pot-shape, with a stinger. It looked like a Dr. Grabow, but I don't know for sure. The draw was a little restricted, so after about 15 years, I traded it off. I think I bought it in the early eighties. The stamping was good an big and clear.

That's a Ropp 921 with a Disney stamp. Disney branded pipes are very collectible, not sure of a specific dollar amount, but easily over $100.

Since it has a Walt Disney World Stamp on it you know that it's no earlier than 1971, when Disney World opened, and no later than 1999, which is the year that Disney banned sales of tobacco products on all of its domestic theme parks.
Thank you sir that makes alot of sense

Who made them, does anyone know. Of course someone does, that's just a stupid question.
Still, I didn't realise they even sold a pipe under there umbrella
The one in question was made by Ropp. I've heard Comoy and Charatan mentioned, but don't know if that's correct. Brian Levine, who hosts the PM podcast, is a huge Disney collector and has a collection of Disney stamped pipes. He would likely know. Contact him.

Hi,

That is a Ropp Cherrywood made in France. Ropp made hundreds of thousands of these pipes over the years. This one was private label stamped for Walt Disney World. This pipe was sold between the opening of Disney World in 1971 and 1985. After 1985 the company copyright changed to "Walt Disney Company". I have five Ropps in my Disney Tobacciana Collection. You can see my entire collection plus some others here: Disney Tobacciana Collection - https://www.facebook.com/DisneyTobaccianaCollection
