Unknown maker Meerschaum lined cork (!) pipe

Anyone know who made this pipe?

Bowl is cork with a meerschaum liner.

It smokes very nicely.

Once upon a time, a very drunk and confused moonshiner who somehow got his hands on the purest meerschaum, and also had no idea what "Missouri Meerschaum" meant but had seen one from the other side of the street once, decided that he wanted a Missouri Meerschaum so he made it himself.
