Amazing restorations. I have a similar Comoy to your square shanked pot, except mine is a panneled billiard number # 533. Same shank, stem and size. Lovely little pipe. These old Comoys make such great smokers, and they wear the patina of time proudly. Enjoy!

When I first started restoring pipes, I made sure to read everything Ed had to share, here and on the Grabow forum and mimic most of his techniques.
