For me now and it has changed at times at this point its old joe blue, hh old dark fired, and hh burley flake.

C&D Three Friars has a fair bit of natural sweetness to it, especially the first half of the bowl, then adds some perique spice in the second half if you like that sort of thing. It's a great blend and available in bulk just about everywhere.
