Didnt prohibition end in December? Yep looked it up it ended December 5, 1933 thanks to Utah. Last state needed to push it over the top to repeal the first constitutional amendment ever. But heck im not about to squash an excuse to have a beer. To happy new beers eve or whatever.

Well i guess beer was okayed earlier on April 7, 1933. So happy new beers eve. Im still having a beer today though i already got my drinking pants on.
