Ten percent isn't great, but if they have something you already were planning to buy, it's a no-brainer. On the other hand, I wouldn't buy something just for the 10% off.
Exactly my thinking. I do have something in my smokingpipes cart that I would certainly pull the trigger on if they offered the 10% off. Every little bit helps.

From tobaccopipes? If so, call them. I bet they'll do a price adjustment. I've had really great experiences with their customer service and they are a pleasure to deal with.
Just placed an order thanks for the heads up they also had in stock what I was about to pay more for elsewhere.
Considering that most of their prices are already attractive plus they don't charge any tax (at least when shipping to me in my State), another 10% is gravy. I placed an order to take advantage of it.
