We’re I to smoke in public the strong plug tobacco would probably ensure social distancing. Mostly there isn’t much “public” in this state and nobody cares what you do, since you’re off by yourself anyway and no mask required. I do have one with me and I do wear it into any public or shared spaces like stores, offices, etc. You’re more likely to get the stink eye for smoking in public around here than for wearing/not wearing a mask. Or pants.
