Tim West Appreciation Thread

I just got off the phone with Tim West concerning a few pipes that needed some work. Not only has he been the only pipe repairman I have used whose work is on point, Tim is a Mensch who will always call to give an update.
Cudos to him.

I've got a couple of Tim's $10.00 ebay basket pipe specials, and they are great knockaround pipes. He made replacement stems for both of them, and the work is very satisfactory, particularly for the money.

I've picked up a couple nice Old West pipes from The Pipe Rack in Akron, OH. Also got to meet Tim a couple times. Nice fella. Solid pipes.

I own a couple of Tim's pipes, excellent smokers, and Tim took on a delicate restoration job that every other restorer I spoke with turned down, and did a perfect job on it. Very easy to work with.
