Sorry to hear that. I am considerably older than 55, and do not have the same experience. Fortunately, CBD is widely available here.

Genetics and bad decisions. CBD, is that a hemp extract without getting high? Doesn't work for me. But compression gloves do wonders for the hand.

What do you mean wake up sore? I'll be 55 this month and I'm sore all the time. Life is simply a string of pain management spaced by coffee, alcohol and tobacco.

that stuff is weird. At the dispensaries they have a 2 to 1 lotion 2 cbd 1 the other stuff and no psychoactive effects or anything like that but my shoulder arthritis from that injury years ago just hasn't been the constant pain and problem it was. Just CBD is weird for me because it works on somethings super well and doesn't even lessen other aches.
My shoulder was bad enough that more serious pain meds kinda sorta helped it like, like the worst days I could sort of function if I took some medication.
