Thomas’ English Muffin Secret Recipe Compromised?

Who likes Thomas’ English Muffins? I eat them with breakfast every morning when I am home.
I have never, ever found an English Muffin made by someone else that came close.
I just learned that there are only 7 people in the world that know the entire recipe and process. I guess it's kind of like the secret recipe for Coca Cola.
They keep different parts of the process compartmentalized so people that work in the bakery only know their specific part.
It seems one of the 7 have now defected ...

Bimbo muffins do not taste the same as Thomas . I now order Wolfermans and have never looked back , now if I could just find a good bagle .lol

So igloo, you're saying that the Bimbo formula is much like the Orlik formula for the Dunhill blends? OK on their own, but when compared to the original, not as good? LOL!

San Francisco has amazing Chinese. I had the best Chinese food there outside of China itself.
