I loved playing The Witcher 3 and found this season to be a pretty faithful adaptation of the game. I did not read the books though.
I’m surprised by all the negative comments. I really enjoyed the whole series. I do agree that Yennefer stole the stage but I didn’t care. If I had a main criticism it would be that it was difficult to understand when the story flashed forward or backwards.
