One of my favorite dishes is a simple but classic Italian pasta dish called Cacio E Pepe.
It’s little more than pasta noodles, Pecorino Romano and fresh ground black pepper. Simple but incredible.

Greg, the lemon zest and toasted peppercorns took it to another level! Bravo.
