And today the NZ govt celebrates the secret Santa cut off date by bringing legislation into force making it now illegal to smoke while carrying children…fortunately old nick has checked the fine print and it appears it only specifies ‘“motor vehicles”, and children hung outside are exempt as they are less prone to second hand smoke.
