Most Notable pipe maker in France would be Pierre Morel one of the last artisan pipe maker in St Claudes that are still making pipe.This 6th generation artist has worked for BC and Chacom over the years. His family are engrained in pipe making history, Pierres grandfather taught Savineli how to make the free hand & flower shapes they are now world famous for.
