I've been collecting various tobaccos over the last year and it got to the point that I couldn't keep up with it unless I put it all in a document. Mostly from 4Noggins but other retailers as well. That, and I wanted to make sure that in the case of a Zombie Apocalypse that I was covered till the end.
It was a year ago that I joined this forum and got interested in expanding my enjoyment in pipe smoking. Back then I was content with several of drugstore blends.
Now, I get more out of my smoking!

Butera's Golden Cake

Patton's Storm Front

Gaslight
Are a few that come to mind.
You have a lot of tobacco. We could draw up list's of what you don't have all day but I think the important question is after smoking your way through your cellar where do you linger? What grabs your attention and demands you explore further? That would be my starting point.
edit:had to correct my autocorrector which replaced Butera with butter's. In hindsight perhaps I shouldn't edit as Butter's Golden Cake does sound delicious

That tobaccocellar.com is a cool site. However, I have no interest in trying to cellar hundreds of pounds.
I agree bigpond, I will eventually narrow it down to about 12 of my favorites. Right now though, I am just on a journey through the world of pipe tobacco. I'm thinking 10 or so Virginias and VaPers and maybe two or three aros.

Cornell & Diehl's Black Frigate. Rum soaked Navy cavendish with Turkish orientals and Latakia. Been one of my regulars for a while.

You're missing Gaslight, and some Gaslight and a few more tins of Gaslight.
You might want to throw in some 10 Russians and Pease's Triple Play as well.
Oh did I mention Gaslight?
