What’s your verdict on the Bloemfontein, any good? If I remember rightly, they tried to copy the taste of an old cutter top tin of Capstan. I’d be interested to know if it’s any deeper or stronger than the current Capstan or just a stronger topping?

After reading Pete Stokkebye’s book I decided to try out the 4th Generation tins that don’t include Latakia (not a fan of Latakia). Also picked up some C&D blends.

Had a couple small shipments from Smoking Pipes last week or so.

1 tin of SPC Seattle Evening
1 tin of SPC Down Yonder
1 box of 10 Semois Bouchons
And 12 tins of Pipe Force Episode I. Had to make sure I got a challenge coin and ended up with 5 tins containing the coins. Probably will put the extra up for trade soon.

Been on a Gawith bender for a bit, but missing my reds and have been interested in Exclusive for a bit and finally got around to getting some.
Grabbed some Winchester as I’m still looking for an easy going “fill it, light it, and enjoy it” blend to have handy.
