Wednesday I fired up the grill and made some grilled shrimp and rib eye steak. The shrimps were the biggest shrimps that I have ever seen. I think they were about 3oz a piece. I marinated them in a pretty spicy marinade and rubbed the steak down with a spicy rub.
I had some Black Swan Shiraz that went very nicely with the meal. I really liked the wine and will have to pick up a couple more bottles.
