I've ordered numerous times from Synjeco. I believe they'll take a bank transfer. And if you email Daniel and are nice, you can get him to take PayPal. The Clegir Rope is decent but I didn't think it was all that. If you're ordering though I'd get some of it and the Oxenfist Twist. Basically the same as the Clegir Rope but in a Twist. Each have a faint but detectable Lakeland essence. Not so much to be put off by it though.

That’s what I don’t get. Do they think they won’t sell?! Anything else they can provide basically sells out.
I'm speculating here, but retailers may be reluctant to deal with plugs. Unless they sell them in factory bulk package sizes only, they'll have to figure out how to cut them up into smaller chunks. Older shops may still have a plug cutter in the basement or attic, but newer ones are out of luck. Even Daniel at Synjeco sells plugs in 250g chunks only. My one local B&M that used to carry SG plugs didn't have a proper cutter and always had a hell of a time cutting them up for me. These days it sells bulk house mixtures only .

I smoke quite a bit of RB Plug. If it showed up here in the U.S I would certainly buy it. Since I am heading back to the U.K soon after 25 years in the colonies I guess I can pick it up in London.
Are you going to have trouble getting all the tobacco you’ve accumulated back into the UK? Seems like they wouldn’t want pallets of tobacco coming in. ;)

That’s probably true. I think it would take care of itself though. The online retailers would have no trouble selling the 250g plugs. After all, many have gone to just selling the 500g packages of the G&H blends. The market has just gone in that direction. The B&Ms that don’t want to dealing with cutting plugs for customers simply wouldn’t order them from the distributor.
