We shall see ... it is odd that they do not come apart in any fashion, even the oldest Tyrol pipes I have seen sport some sort of push tenon system. This one, the Ukrainian, seems to be glued together, at least in three parts - the bowl to the shank, and the stem to the shank. At the end of the day I wouldn't imagine I would smoke it day in and day out, but as long as I can enjoy it on occasion, it still makes for a nice discussion piece for my collection.
