Chicago could use a win. But this is good news. Shows some common sense exists.

I would have to think quite a bit but probably also other tobacco shops and maybe even gas stations/7-11’s in town because they wouldn’t be able to sell flavored cigarillos etc. and people would just drive outside Chicago city limits to a suburb and buy it. Actual Chicago city limits don’t go out that far.
