I 1457114572acquired another birth year Dunhill to mark my 59th (today). I already own a 1961 Tanshell and a Bruyere. I have now added a Shell Briar #659 LB. I thought that I had it ready to smoke for today’s occasion but, I decided to give it a little more reaming and another salt and alcohol treatment. I’ll give it a first smoke in a few days.

I am still amazed that someone gave this to you for the Christmas gift exchange. I love it. What shape is it?
I too am amazed by my Secret Santa's generosity.
Shape: Apple
On one side of the shank it reads: R F/T DUNHILL over ROOT BRIAR

On the other side it reads: MADE IN over ENGLAND and a 4 in a circle R

This is my first Dunhill and I don't know much about them. I need to study up on them now.
