I have a 320 and love it but was looking at the 321's. There are no pipe shops near me with them to be able to compare. Would someone be able to maybe snap some side by side comparison pics that have them both? I know I could just order one and send it back if I don't like it but i'm trying to avoid that if possible.

Yikes, I just looked up the specs on both of them. They're both tiny!

I think the 320 is kinda on the stubby side but it is still a decent sized pipe. I just love the way you can sit it down anywhere without a pipe stand. I really love author shaped pipes. I just wanted to make sure the 321 wasn't too small because I don't really like dainty pipes. I ordered a 626 one time and it was too small for my liking. I ended up selling it to a friend.

The specs on the 2 pipes I put up from Smokinpipes. Not a whole lot separate them other than shape to me.

The way some members speak of the 320 I expected something massive but they're really small after reviewing the specs.

I don't care much for small bowled pipes either, though I have a few. I have a Rossi 320 and find it to be adequately capacious.

I know size is relative, but I wouldn't call a 320 "small."
The 904s I used to collect are dimensionally larger than the 320 and I considered them small. The 320 is comparatively diminutive but after the stories told here I expected a much larger pipe.

They're both authors. I have two 321s, both in the Tre series. They aren't huge pipes, but I'm not a fan of monster pipes anyway. SmokingPipes says it's just a scaled down 320.

It doesn't seem small at all for a bent author/rhodesian/bulldog. The bowl measurements dwarf those of many Petes, and the length is typical. A .91 inch bowl diameter is nothing to sneeze at. The depth is less than my minimum 1.5", but I have a few that violate that personal criterion. One is my Leonardo da Vinci (3 Sails), a 320 clone or possible predecessor. No, it's not a Savinelli. Smokes great, with no sense of being cheated of a full length smoke.
