Okay, George I watched the videos and could readily see the seam where the shank cracked off. I have seen several pipes that you repaired and seam could not be seen. I mean a bunch of us looked at the pipe, held it, etc., and we couldn't detect the seam even though we knew where it was. What gives??

OK, just watched the three videos. My question is, was the entire stemmel re-stained? Nice job "dressing" the area where the repair was done. Also, what is the material of the shank end trim piece?
