Replacement Stem

I received a pipe last Christmas from a nephew and the mouthpiece of the stem broke. I'm having trouble finding just a 9mm stem. Any help on where to get one would be appreciated.

You can’t buy replacement stems for most pipes. The stems are made at the same time as the pipes and custom fit to each one. You can send it to a pipe repairman and have a new stem cut to fit it. What kind of pipe is it, picture?

It's a pipe with no markings on it. He gave it to me in a box. His mom said they bought it at a resale shop.

Is it pear or ebony wood? Is the pipe seemingly heavier than briar?
