MacBaren's HH line are pure tobaccos, have a great palette of different "genres" and there's only a dozen of tins to choose between. However they are mainly flakes which are not the easiest cut to begin with.

Thanks for all your comments. Still a lot to think about. I should have mentioned that previously I was not a smoker so I would like to smoke a tobacco low in nicotine.

Out of the suggestions I think in general the Mac Barren blends are good, I really like their Navy Flake. Also the Golden Blend or Golden Mixture is nice, ready rubbed flake which doesnt take any time to prepare and burns slow. Their HH line also good, but ive smoked only the Old Dark Fired which is considered a bit stronger.

If you want to try a English I like Presbyterian which is kinda mellow on the campfire taste and spice.
