Recommendations for Pipe Maker to Cut Stem

Hello, I'm looking for a pipe maker who can hand cut acrylic stems from rods for my meerschaum pipes. They need to be in the U.S. All the pipes are straight and I plan on acquiring more and want stems made for all of them. Do you guys have any recommendations for somebody who can do this?
