Rattray's Black Mallory question

I have unopened tins of BM with different tin art and was wondering if anyone knew when the change occurred?

Which tin (left or right) is the older of the two?

I think left is older.....seen it years ago.

the one on the left looks just like the one i recently bought. I have never seen the one on the right before.

They are both fairly new, the addition of the stylized R is a recent addition to the label. In Olden Days (the early 2000s), there was no R or Established date, and the Black Mallory "crest" was larger.
