I see people writing to one another, "PPP friends" all of the time, and I'm wondering what it means. I was told once but ashamed to say that it's slipped away. "Puff, something, and Ponder?" Thanks in advance

Never seen it on Forums. Maybe someone will come up with it. I think the trend here is to spell out phrases, so we don't get too insular with a private dialect. I buy into that.

I wish the OP would come back and explain. I’ve never seen it on this forum. And the PayPal term is Friends and Family, not Preferred Friends, is it not?

No, I just have a lousy memory and it was something like "PPP (Puff, (SOMETHING), and Ponder, everyone, enjoy the day!" They're still doing it I just didn't want them to know of my memory issues so I thought I'd ask in a Pipe forum. Has nothing to do with paypal or any of the plug tobaccos (tried google and found that too) well darn. I appreciate everyone trying though! I'll just man up, go ask, and come back and tell you good people.
