Pipe Identification

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could identify how old this pipe is, and confirm if it was made in the UK.

I've just been given it by my Mum, who was having a sort out of my Dad's belongings.

That is only part of the pipe, and very unlikely to be able to determine a country of origin from that. It is really cool, though.

Very cool. Possibly carved from antler ?

I'd guess: UK unlikely. Seems more Teutonic.

Any other parts? Seems like just the bowl of a long stemmed pipe.
