I bought Parker pipe: MADE IN LONDON over ENGLAND and number 3underlined with pat numb; 1/F Bruyere. Is this 1953 pipe?

Thanks i wasnt sure for that yes the pipe is great and it was listed only as parker, i bought it for that F/1… the pat numb i saw when arrived. Lucky find for not that much money, on ebay they ask 150€ +. This one was under 100€.
