That looks delicious. We have been into Korean food lately. With eating out being difficult at best, we are branching out from our Italian heritage and trying different cultures foods. We have a crock full of Kimchee fermenting away and this weekend we are making: Cheese Buldak
The Buldak looks intriguing. I love Korean food and those chops sound delicious. If you like kimchee you might enjoy Thai Pak Dong. It’s lightly fermented, a little sweet and as spicy as you would like to make it. We’ve made it a few times and enjoy it a lot.

That is now on the list. Running to the hardware store to pick up the necessary fermentation equipment...bubblers...
