I was going to order some stuff on the buy 2 get 1 free and noticed the customer appreciation promo. Searched for the items I wanted and they were all out of stock. Took a day to revise my needs and went back with a nice $100+ order to get free shipping and noticed the Customer appreciation banner was gone. Didn't place the order, but called his morning to inquire of the "customer service" if I might still get some appreciation for being a customer. Nope, I guess I can place the order with someone else who might be more inclined to appreciate it.
